Flag Football Practice
Flag Football practice are scheduled at 10:00 AM SHARP on Saturdays! Currently, we are practicing at the football fields behind Northeast High School.

Florida Sunshine Cup
South Florida Gay Flag Football Association is proud to be hosting the FIRST annual Florida Sunshine Cup. The tournament is scheduled for President’s Day Weekend, Feb 18th – 21st. Help SFGFFA make this tournament one to remember! www.floridasunshinecup.com
Practice Makes Perfect
Living in South Florida, we have practice in some beautiful weather. We are now meeting every Saturday at Steven’s Field at 10 am SHARP. Practice is serious but we have fun! If you want camaraderie as well as good exercise, join us!

Don’t get us wrong, we want to win and be the best. We practice and play hard but it’s also about having fun. We enjoy bringing levity and SPIRIT wherever we go.
Spirit Award
Cat5, South Florida’s gay flag football team, recently competed at the 10th Annual NGFFL Gay Bowl in Phoenix, AZ. The team did well, ranking near the top of their division, but their best achievement was taking home the Spirit Cup Award. This award was given to the team that “embodies what every Gay Bowl should be about: sportsmanship, camaraderie, building friendships, developing sister teams, participation and displaying pride in your team.”
